Intro To Handgun
Great option for new gun owners, beginning level shooters, or just wanting to brush up on your fundamentals. This class is a mixture of lecture and hands on training designed to prepare each person to be safe gun handlers and competent shooters. Session includes a heavy emphasis of Firearm Safety rules and safe gun handling; pistol parts and operation; ammunition; shooting fundamentals; range rules; two-handed standing positions; cleaning the pistol; dry fire/dry practice, and continued opportunities for skill development.This class will prepare you to confidently take and pass the CCW Class shooting qualification.
EQUIPMENT- Bring your pistol, spare magazines or speed loaders, holsters welcomed but not required. Holsters can be OWB, IWB, or AIWB, Duty, Battle Belts, Plate Carriers, EDC/CCW gear are all welcome. 50-100 rounds recommended, eye and ear protection, and your motivation.
