Intro to Competition Shooting Sports

Introduction to Competition Shooting/Shooting Sports $120

LIMITED TO 12 Shooters.

This is a 5-hour course which introduces shooters to the various types of shooting sports & competition, to Include the United States Practical Shooting Association (USPSA), International Defensive Pistol Association (IDPA), Steel Challenge Shooting Association (SCSA), Action Steel, & Practical Competition Shooting League (PCSL)!

Course covers SAFETY, required gear, drawing from holster. Course covers range commands and etiquette as it relates to the respective shooting sport. We will cover the various shooting divisions and classifications. Shooters will shoot actual competition stages from IDPA, USPSA, Steel Challenge, & Action Steel.

This class is extremely fun, and gives shooters the experience of shooting and gun handling under match conditions , which provides training value. 150-200 rounds recommended, pistol, 2-3 magazines (if mags hold less than 10 bring more if you have them), outside the waist band holster or AIWB, and at least one magazine pouch, but two preferred.

This course is not optimal for brand new shooters, shooting experience and SAFE gun handling is required (shooting on the move and drawing from the holster experience is NOT required).
